Wyndham Destinations‘ Global Town Hall is an annual event in which all of the branches of this global hospitality giant converge. It was therefore essential to establish a sense of unity and brand strength. Every touchpoint was carefully planned out, designed, custom-fabricated, and installed in the venue. Above all, the simple and clean designs stay true to the Wyndham brand and subtle arrow indicators throughout signify the overarching theme of this event branding – Forward.
A huge challenge for the project was allowing the Wyndham brand to shine while still fitting in the space. The client chose to host this event in a very old fashioned and traditional venue. Their brand, on the other hand, is very modern and sleek. So the materials created had to not only stand out, but also fit in. I accomplished this by employing simple geometric shapes, a limited color palette, and large scale photography.
Materials created for this event included; outdoor flag, door clings and banner, entry mirror clings, door clings and rug, lobby mural and lighting, including branded gobo’s, breakfast signage, cups and napkins, brand tunnel entryway, coffee room pillars and signage, ballroom entrance signage, and ballroom award winner banners.
