For the Gold wedding brand, the bride requested a logo which she planned to feature prominently. Utilizing a custom illustrated compass as the anchor of the design, I was able to combine her and her fiancé’s initials along with their wedding date. Knowing that this would be used in many different scenarios, I made it as simple as possible; a single color with minimal shading that could be seen at various dimensions.
She then used this logo across all of the wedding collateral; save the dates, invitations, programs, lists of attractions, schedules, packaging, monitor screens, books, water bottles, signage, and decor. This wedding was massive with over 400 people and the decor reflected this. The save the date bookmark introduced the logo and color scheme, while the program and schedule built upon the aesthetic further by incorporating hand-drawn floral elements that subtly incorporated her wedding color – burgundy. All in all, the materials designed for the Gold wedding included: a logo, save the date, invitation, list of nearby attractions, program, and schedule.
This is one of the many wedding projects I’ve had the privilege to design. Feel free to check out other event branding projects.
